Mortgage Rates Fall

The Wall Street Journal reported today that interest rates have dropped to their lowest level since June, 2013.

According to the Mortgage Bankers Association the rate on the average 30-year fixed-rate loan fell to 4.2% last week, from 4.3% the week before. At the beginning of the year the average 30-year fixed-rate was at 4.72%.
