John is a 1987 graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration. Before his real estate career, John enjoyed 13 years in the technology, software and publishing industries in various sales, customer service, and management positions.
John has been a licensed real estate agent for 16 years, 11 of which were spent at Century 21 before starting Piché & Associates. As a top-producing Century 21 sales associate, John received multiple sales achievement awards and was a member of the Multi-Million Sales Club every year. He was consistently the top-producing agent in his former company. John was licensed as a real estate broker in 2012 and has been responsible for recruitment, supervision and training of sales associates for his past and current companies.
John has been active in his industry and has held leadership positions in his local, state and real estate association boards. He was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year in 2009 by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS (SPAAR). John has been an active member and was past chair of the SPAAR Governmental Affairs Committee. He currently sits on SPAAR’s task force for revising St. Paul’s Vacant Building Ordinance.
John, who resides in St. Paul with his wife Debbie, is active in his church and community. His company has sponsored the Lyngblomsten Mid Summer Festival for the past five years, and John now serves as a director on the Lyngblomsten Foundation Board. He is a member of a local men’s club, and has been a consistent supporter of youth athletic programs, including an annual sponsorship of the Friends of Como Athletics golf tournament.
Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1984 from The College of St. Thomas, with a B.A. in Accounting. From 1984 to 1991, he worked as a CPA for two different local accounting firms, focusing on audit, accounting and consulting services for many companies across a variety of industries, and progressed to the level of Manager in 1990.
In 1991, Bill left public accounting to take the position of Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Perbix Machine Company, a family-owned builder of assembly line machinery. During his 14 years in that position, Bill was in charge of all of the accounting and financial functions, internal and external financial reporting and tax compliance, human resources and information technology. He was also an integral part of the company’s management team.
In 2005, after a change in ownership and a period of substantial company growth, Bill stepped away from the CFO position at Perbix in order to be able to spend more time with his wife Chris and their three children. Since that time he has continued to assist with portions of Perbix’s accounting and internal reporting on a part-time basis. Now that his children are all in college, Bill intends to use his available time performing the necessary accounting and reporting functions for Piché and Associates, and will use his experience to help the company achieve its goals.

Anthony is the staff accountant for Piché and Associates Real Estate, LLC. After graduating from the University of St. Thomas in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science – Business degree, Anthony has worked in various industries as the sole staff accountant gaining experience in all areas of accounting.
Throughout college, Anthony developed advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and enjoys putting them to use in the accounting field, creating workbooks and even attempting simple macros.
With these experiences and skills, Anthony has found a nice home working for Piché and Associates Real Estate, LLC.
Tech Support/Website Manager
Matthew is the tech support and website manager for Piché and Associates Real Estate, LLC. He attended the University of St. Thomas with staff accountant Anthony Piché, and after graduating founded a software development company. His company, Decimis Incorporated, creates custom software for local businesses including the Piché and Associates website.
Matthew has a passion for business development and helping businesses to grow through workflow automation and tech integration; skills that he brings to bear with Piché and Associates.
